Which substance opens the orifices (for heat or phlegm-heat blocking orifices), clears Liver heat and extinguishes wind, and clears heat toxicity?

Niu Huang clears heat. You can maybe think that Huang means "yellow," like the three Huangs that clear heat from the three burners.
