Your patient presents with thick, yellow, sticky nasal discharge. Her sinuses are blocked, and she can't smell anything. What is a local and distal point combination you could use to open the nose?
LI-4 is the command point of the face, so it's good for anything on the face. LU-7 is also good for the face and opening the nose (the Lung channel doesn't go to the face, but LU-7 is the Luo-Connecting point, and the LI channel does go to the face/nose). LI-20 is next to the nose so it's good for the nose.
