Which point is the Ying-Spring and Fire point on the Spleen channel?
The Ying-Spring point is the second (or second-to-last) point on the channel. Ying-Spring points clear heat. Since the Spleen is responsible for transforming dampness, SP-2 is especially useful for damp-heat.
