Prepare with wine (Jiu Chao Pu Huang)
Calcine (Duan Pu Huang)
Prepare with honey (Mi Zhi Pu Huang)
Char (Pu Huang Tan)

Charring and herb can enhance its ability to stop bleeding. Preparing Pu Huang with wine can enhance its ability to invigorate blood. Honey-fried and calcined pu huang do not exist.
