Erratum:
At 7:13 I said, "Mang Xiao is epsom salt." Mang Xiao is actually glauber's salt (sodium sulfate), whereas epsom salt is magnesium sulfate. So I should have said, "Mang Xiao is like epsom salt," in that they are both salts and both have laxative effects. It's just that most people are probably more familiar with epsom salt and may have never heard of glauber's salt.
