Your patient presents with chronic cough. He has a red face, feels hot all the time, is thirsty for cold beverages, and his nostrils are flaring. The pulse is rapid and full; the tongue is red with a yellow coat. You diagnose Lung heat. What points could you use to clear Lung heat?
LU-10 is the Ying-Spring and Fire point; it clears Lung heat. LU-5 is the Water point; it clears Lung heat. LI-11 clears all kinds of heat.
